Enchantment Wedding Cars - Stoke on Trent

1. Bookings are payable in cash or by cheque made out to B Mould.

2. A reservation fee of £100 per car must be paid within 14 days of making the booking. The booking is not confirmed until the funds are in the possession of Enchantment Wedding Cars. Reservation payments are non refundable.

3. The outstanding balance must be received at least 30 days prior to the hire date in order to guarantee availability on the day.

4. The normal hire period is up to 4 hours; any time in excess of this will be charged at £30 per half- hour or part thereof. This will be payable to the driver in cash on the day.

5. A mileage charge will be made for trips of more than 20 miles from Newcastle-under-Lyme (ST5), this will charged at £1 per mile for all additional miles travelled both outward and return. This will be calculated and added into the hire fee.

6. The Chauffeur will be dressed in white shirt & tie with a dark suit, Chauffeur's hat is optional.

7. Cancellations must be made in writing. When a cancellation is received within 60 days of the wedding the amount payable will be 50% of the balance due. When a cancellation is received within 30 days of the wedding the amount payable will be 100% of the balance due.

8. The client (the person paying for the vehicle hire) will be responsible for providing the correct wedding date, times and venue addresses.

9. On the day the car will be clean both inside and out and in the event of bad weather conditions on the day of the wedding any spare time available will be spent making the car as presentable as possible prior to arrival at the venue.

10. In the absence of any specified agreed route, the driver will take a route based on local knowledge or satellite navigation to ensure arrival at the venue on time.

11. Although every effort will be made to meet journey deadlines, no responsibility can be taken for journey delays, route closures or access restrictions at any location, however caused.

12. The driver will not be able to undertake any additional journeys or take any extra passengers other than the instructions written on the booking form.

13. In the unlikely event of the requested vehicle being unavailable for any reason beyond our control, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then offer you an alternative vehicle of a similar quality. If this is not possible or acceptable to the client, a full refund of all deposits and fees paid will be made within 30 days. Beyond this we accept no liability. We understand that this is a very special day for you and every effort will be made to ensure that we provide you with suitable transport on the day.

14. When fitted, seat belts must be worn and the maximum number of passengers must not be exceeded.

15. The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers and is responsible for all damage or soiling caused to the vehicle. A minimum charge of £150 will be made for soiling of the vehicle through illness or any other cause. The driver may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the driver's judgement, are unfit to travel.

16. Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in the vehicle.

17. We are unable to carry luggage in our wedding cars. Any small items of personal property carried, are done so at the risk of the client. It is advisable to let friends or family transport your luggage and belongings to the venues.

By making a booking, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The Client will be required to sign our standard Wedding Car Hire Booking Agreement form. Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the above terms and conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.
